Products are covered by a two-year comprehensive warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. The warranty includes the spare parts and repair labor required to correct a covered defect.
Appliances equipped with a compressor are covered by a five-year compressor warranty:
During the first two years, the compressor is covered under the comprehensive product warranty.
From the beginning of the third year until the end of the fifth year, the warranty covers the compressor part only. It does not include technician labor, refrigerant gas, transportation, electrical components, filters, or consumable parts and materials.
The warranty period begins on the purchase invoice date. Valid proof of purchase must be provided, such as the original invoice, electronic invoice, or order number.
After inspecting the appliance and confirming a manufacturing defect, the company will repair or replace the defective part according to the nature of the fault and the availability of spare parts, without limiting the customer’s statutory rights.
The warranty does not cover faults or damage resulting from any of the following:
Misuse, negligence, or operation contrary to the user manual.
Breakage, impact, dropping, external damage, or damage occurring after delivery of the product.
Incorrect electrical connections, voltage fluctuations, power surges, or the use of an unsuitable power supply.
Improper installation or failure to follow the manufacturer’s ventilation, clearance, connection, or installation requirements.
Fire, water leakage, moisture, insects, or other external causes not resulting from a manufacturing defect.
Damage caused by modifying, dismantling, or repairing the appliance in a manner that does not comply with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Commercial or industrial use of appliances designed for household use, unless the invoice states that the product is intended for commercial use.
Consumable parts and routine maintenance items, including filters, lamps, batteries, and cleaning materials, unless a manufacturing defect existed at the time of delivery.
Minor variations in color or appearance that do not affect the operation, safety, or performance of the product.
The warranty does not cover washing, cleaning, grease removal, descaling, or the cleaning and replacement of filters.
The customer must perform routine cleaning and maintenance in accordance with the user manual to maintain the safety and performance of the appliance.
The warranty does not cover faults directly caused by accumulated grease, dirt, blocked filters, or failure to carry out the required maintenance.
Customers may exchange or return a product within 14 days from the purchase date shown on the invoice, subject to the applicable regulations in the State of Kuwait.
To exchange or return a non-defective product, it must be:
Unused and uninstalled.
In its original condition and suitable for resale.
In its original packaging.
Complete with all accessories, manuals, and promotional gifts, if any.
Accompanied by the purchase invoice or other valid proof of purchase.
The unused-product conditions do not apply when a product has been opened or operated only to the extent reasonably necessary to discover a manufacturing defect or a failure to conform to the agreed specifications. The customer’s statutory rights remain protected.
Exchanges and returns are subject to the Kuwait Consumer Protection Law and all applicable regulations and ministerial decisions.
Appliances not covered by warranty will be inspected, and the fault and estimated repair cost will be determined before repair work begins.
A chargeable repair will not be carried out until the customer has been informed of the cost and has approved the repair.
A KWD 7.000 inspection or technician visit fee applies to appliances not covered by warranty.
When the customer approves the repair, the inspection or visit fee will be credited toward the repair cost unless the customer was informed otherwise in advance.
New spare parts installed as part of a chargeable repair are guaranteed for 30 days from the date the appliance is returned to the customer, or for the remaining period of the original warranty, whichever is longer.
The spare-part warranty covers a manufacturing defect in the installed part only and does not cover a new fault unrelated to the previous repair.
The customer must approve the repair quotation or collect the appliance within 30 days from the date the customer is informed that the appliance is ready or that the quotation has been issued.
If the customer does not respond, the service center may issue a final notice and apply reasonable storage charges after informing the customer. The appliance will not be disposed of except in accordance with applicable law and after the required notices have been issued.
The service center is responsible only for the appliance and accessories recorded on the service receipt. The customer should ensure that all delivered accessories are listed.
The customer must retain and present the service receipt when collecting the appliance.
Acceptance of a warranty claim is subject to technical inspection and confirmation that the cause of the fault is covered by the warranty.
Inspection, maintenance, or repair services do not cancel or restrict any statutory consumer rights provided under the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait.
Nothing in this policy may be interpreted as limiting or excluding any legal right granted to the consumer.
