Delivery Policy

At Alwawan Store, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible while providing the highest level of service throughout the State of Kuwait.

• Free delivery is available to selected nearby areas within Kuwait.
• Delivery charges apply to remote areas. The applicable fee will be determined based on the delivery location and communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.
• Delivery service is available from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Friday is an official non-working day, and delivery service is not available.
• The customer will be contacted in advance to confirm the delivery address and arrange a suitable delivery time.
• Customers are kindly requested to provide a correct and complete telephone number and address to avoid any delays.
• Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, the customer’s location, and operational circumstances.
• The delivery service includes basic installation only.
• Any additional services or work, including marble cutting, installing or connecting electrical points, modifying existing connections, or any other work not included in the basic installation, will be charged separately to the customer and must be agreed upon in advance.
• If the customer cannot be reached or no one is available to receive the order at the agreed time, the delivery may be rescheduled.
