By accessing the website, using its services, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, and Warranty Policy published on the website.
For the purposes of these Terms:
“Store,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means Alwawan Online Store and Alwawan International Co. for Ready-Made Kitchens.

“Customer” or “user” means any person who visits the Website, creates an account, or purchases a product.
“Product” means any appliance, item, accessory, or package offered for sale through the Website.
The Website must be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the State of Kuwait.
The Customer must have full legal capacity to complete a purchase in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Where the Customer does not have full legal capacity, the purchase must be made with the approval and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
The Website must not be used in any manner that may disrupt, damage, compromise, or interfere with its security or services.
The Store reserves the right to refuse service or suspend an account where misuse, fraud, or false information is suspected.
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords and login information.
The Customer must notify us immediately if unauthorized use of the account is suspected.
The Store reserves the right to suspend or close accounts containing misleading information or used in violation of these Terms.
We make every reasonable effort to display product names, images, specifications, dimensions, and features as accurately as possible.
Actual product colors may vary slightly from those displayed on screen due to device settings, lighting, or photography.
Some images may be used for illustrative purposes, and accessories or decorative items shown may not be included unless specifically stated in the product description.
Customers are responsible for checking product dimensions and installation requirements, including electrical, gas, water, or ventilation requirements, before confirming an order.
In the event of a material error in the product description or specifications, the Customer shall retain all rights available under applicable laws and Store policies.
All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD), unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change from time to time. Such changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid for, except in the case of an obvious pricing error.
If an incorrect price is displayed due to a technical or administrative error, the Store may contact the Customer to correct the price or cancel the order and refund any amount already collected.
Delivery service, where provided, includes basic product installation only. Delivery charges may apply to certain areas. Prices do not include additional work or services such as marble cutting, installing or modifying electrical, gas, or water points, unless otherwise stated.
Website prices and promotions may differ from wholesale prices, showroom offers, or other special promotions.
Placing an order through the Website does not constitute final acceptance until product availability has been verified and the order has been confirmed by the Store.
We may contact the Customer to verify details, delivery address, or payment method before accepting the order.
The Store reserves the right to reject or cancel an order in the following circumstances:
The product is unavailable.
There is an error in the price or specifications.
Payment is unsuccessful.
The Customer cannot be reached.
Fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected.
There is an obvious error in the order information or delivery address.
If a paid order is cancelled, the amount will be refunded according to the original payment method and the procedures of the relevant payment service provider.
An order may not be modified after it has been prepared or dispatched for delivery unless approved by the Store.
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout and may include electronic payment or cash on delivery, depending on the product and delivery area.
Electronic payments are processed through approved payment service providers.
The Store will never ask Customers to provide their card PIN or verification code by telephone, WhatsApp, or email.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that payment details are correct and that sufficient funds are available.
An order may be cancelled if payment is not completed within the required period.
Delivery service is available within the State of Kuwait.
Free delivery is available to selected nearby areas determined by the Store.
Delivery charges apply to remote areas and will be communicated to the Customer before the order is confirmed.
Delivery service is available from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Friday is a non-working day, and delivery service is not available.
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, the Customer’s location, and operational circumstances.
The Customer must provide a clear delivery address and an available telephone number so that the delivery team can make contact.
If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, failure to answer, or the absence of a person to receive the order at the agreed time, delivery may be rescheduled in coordination with the Customer.
Delivery service includes basic product installation only. It does not include marble cutting, installing or connecting electrical, gas, or water points, modifying existing connections, or any other work beyond basic installation. Any such additional work will be charged separately and must be agreed upon with the Customer in advance.
Customers are requested to inspect the packaging and external condition of the product upon delivery.
Any visible damage, missing packages, or missing accessories should be reported immediately to the delivery team.
Customers are advised not to dispose of the original packaging and accessories until the product has been inspected and confirmed to be in good condition.
Signing for receipt does not affect the Customer’s legal rights regarding hidden defects or manufacturing defects.
Appliances must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable safety requirements.
Electrical, gas, and water connections must be carried out by a qualified technician where required.
The Store shall not be responsible for damage resulting from improper installation or failure to comply with required dimensions, ventilation, or connection requirements, without prejudice to the Customer’s legal rights.
If the Customer requests additional installation work beyond the scope of basic installation, the scope of work, cost, and appointment will be agreed upon with the Customer in advance.
The Customer has the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait.
For a non-defective product to be accepted for return or exchange, it must be:
Unused and not installed.
In its original condition and suitable for resale.
In its original packaging.
Complete with all accessories, manuals, and gifts.
Accompanied by the invoice or other acceptable proof of purchase.
The above conditions do not affect the Customer’s rights in cases involving manufacturing defects or products that do not conform to the agreed specifications.
Delivery, installation, or service charges already incurred are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error by the Store or a defect covered under applicable law.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.
Certain used, installed, customized, or specially ordered products may be subject to restrictions or exceptions permitted by applicable law.
Products are subject to the Warranty and Maintenance Policy published on the Website.
The warranty period begins from the date shown on the purchase invoice.
The invoice, order number, or other acceptable proof of purchase must be provided when requesting warranty service.
Warranty claims are subject to technical inspection to determine the cause of the fault.
Warranty generally does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, external factors, or failure to carry out required cleaning or maintenance.
The Warranty Policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights available under the laws of the State of Kuwait.
Promotions, discounts, and promotional campaigns are subject to any licenses or approvals required by the competent authorities where legally applicable.
Promotions, packages, and discount coupons are subject to the validity period and conditions stated with each offer.
Multiple promotions or discounts may not be combined unless otherwise stated by the Store.
Promotional gifts and quantities are subject to availability.
The Store may cancel or modify a promotion before an order is confirmed, without affecting orders already confirmed.
If part of a package is returned, the prices of the remaining products may be recalculated according to their individual prices.
Wholesale orders are subject to separate quotations and specific payment, delivery, and warranty terms agreed upon independently.
Wholesale prices may differ from retail prices displayed on the Website.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
The courts of Kuwait shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to the Customer’s right to submit complaints to the competent consumer protection or regulatory authorities.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Arabic and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Arabic version shall prevail, subject to the applicable laws of the State of Kuwait.
